What Happens After I Purchase an Item?

The available (safest to use) payment options include Google Checkout and Paypal. I also accept USPS Money Orders.
Once payment is verified, your item will be shipped via USPS. I prefer Priority Mail, because in my experience, the shorter time in transit, the better condition the package arrives in. However, if the item is heavier, I will ship by the most cost effective method, including Media Mail, if conditions apply. Also, we do combine purchases when safe to do so. We will email a tracking number, and do encourage insurance but do not require it.
Do you accept returns?
Generally not, however...if an item were to be grossly misrepresented we would certainly be interested in respectful diologe with our customers surrounding a return. Because of the eCrater's capacity to add up to ten free photographs, it is not anticipated that this will happen often. We love to research, and do our homework! Please feel free to contact us with questions, comments or concerns prior to bidding on an item. Collectively our team has many years of combined experience buying, selling and collecting for personal and business applications. Our love and passion for antiques keep us going! By day, we are engaged as Social Workers, Parents, and students, which, when you think about it applies as follows: Social Workers by nature try to fill a need, and if they can't are able to connect people with the right person to fill the need. Students (research, research, research) and Parents--well...until one has learned to care for the complete needs of an individual, the caring perspective becomes one-dimentional.
